Green Zella Apartments is a 120,000 sq. ft. building with seven floors of housing totaling 128 units. Amenities include a fitness room, basement-level dog washing station and a 7,000 sq. ft. landscaped rooftop deck with a dog walk, grilling station and herb garden. It also has 52 parking stalls on two levels below-grade. This is one of a certified LEED Silver project.
